Matt, I am glad you are going with that. Should be a really fun project and car.

Default I'm psyched, I just drove it home tonight (it's not mine yet, but I'm going to get a PPI tomorrow

so the owner let me take it for the night) and the car absolutely rips. It's going to take some getting used to driving in a race seat and a harnesse all the time, but I had a huge ****-eating grin the entire ride home. No radio, roll cage, super stiff suspension, loud exhaust...this is a car. =)

Default NICE!

Paint looks a bit oxidized. You think you'll be able to clean that up? Can't wait to see it at Mid Ohio!

Default Yeah, the (re)paint is in rough shape, but i knew that going in. It's a rebuilt salvage, and while

the rebuild is solid, the paint leaves a bit to be desired. I'll hit it with the PC just to see, but I'm not going to worry about it too much. It's a track car, so it doesn't need to be pretty, just fast. =)

Default Actually, if he sees a lot of that, you should be giving the pass signal...

IMO, to properly talk smack, you should park an S4 in front of that M3, and take a picture of the M3 in the S4's rear view mirror...
