Default Blow-Off Valve Timing?
Do the blow off valves go off together on the bi-turbo's or do they go at differnt times?

Default What blow-off valves? S4 doesn't have them, it uses bypass valves (BPV's) also...
...known as diverter valves.

If you were to install blowoff valves on the S4, they would both release the air at the same time if installed correctly.

Unless they are broken - they with open at the same time.
