Yep, boost is back after replacing the n75, as many suggested in my earlier post. However, I believe my low boost condition was due to the fact the stg 3 ECU had not adapted completely.
Why do I say this? Well, soon after my boost was back I unplugged my stg 3 ECU and plugged my stg 2+ (I did not start the car, just turned ON the ignition switch). After connecting back my stg 3 ECU...YOU GUESSED IT!!! back to 15-16psi boost. Only this time I decided to wait a while before checking on things...and sure enough after driving 30-40 miles my boost was back to 18-19psi.
I had no idea it would take so long for this ECU to adapt, 30-40 miles is a lot compared to my stg 2+. Oh well, just another leson learned ;-)
Anyway, here's some graphs of my new found boost:

being the only Stage 3 in Puerto Rico, I guess we should test APR III vs. GIAC 3-,huh? What do you say to some friendly competition?? Better fix my syncros first though...HE-HE
Anyway, congrats again for finding the problem.
