Default Boost Issue again "Suggestions" - Long

I can't get my Car in to see my mechanic until the 7th, this sucks. was thinking about the boost staying at 1 and only supplying me with a little boost every now and again. what about the by pass valve? does anybody think this could be the problem. was looking at the Forge Dump/Diverter Valves. if the system couldn't get any boost or only some boost below say 3000 RPM could the valve be the problem and if so what should i replace it with? i have read the Bosch Valve and thier diaphram suck.

Default First off. Do you know anyone with a Vag? The BPVs could be one problem, but there's also the f-hose

and it could also be the TBB.

Default I've heard of some of the UrS4's having wastegate issues... (sticking open)

Do the UrS4's have bypass valves, even?

I assume you checked all your intake hoses to make sure nothing is loose/disconnected?

Default ok this is how u fix it

Up against the firewall under the stress bar, there is a black plastic box. Remove the box and you will see a little solenoid. There is supposed to be a vacuum line attached to it. Re-attach the line with a new clamp, it fell off. Common problem

this black plastic box you refer to, does this have what looks like censors in it? travels vertically accross the firewall? say 4"w x 12"L?

Default Check the boot, not for tears but bad turbo sensor placement!

Please read as this is interesting. I had a SAMCO boot that was cut so poor that the top center turbo sensor was not held in the airflow...ZERO boost. Put a new boot in with proper sensor placement...walla bigtime boost. So check your Samco...I went to AMS but gunshy now.
