Its just a black plastic cover. I think two plastic screws hold it on. Once the cover is off, look on the right up against the firewall there should be a loose vacuum hose. You will see a nozzle that it should plug back into.

Thanks for saving me a trip to the dealer for the computer test. I know the first thing they do is use there tester and charge me 125 bucks for the test.
As soon as i opened the box i seen the hose off.
