Boost leak and oil on the outside of the F-hose. Torn f-hose?

FYI, I saw a brand new F-hose sitting on Ed's desk at Induktion last weekend...
It's an OEM one, so it will probably need to be replaced when it rips, but it might be a viable short-term solution if it's available for sale.
