So I took my car to get some body panels aligned properly and I was told suddenly the car wasn't running right so it was at the dealer to be fixed. I go to see the car after 4 months of work and find these codes:
18058 - Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from Instrument Cluster
P1650 - 35-00 - -
16487 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too High
P0103 - 35-00 - -
17965 - Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation
P1557 - 35-00 - -
My symptoms are, studdering under boost, very slow and choppy drive, no boost above 5 psi and overall crap of driveability. My MAF wiring was messed with but I was told all that was fine, see pic. The dealer had some very good Audi guys there and a few who have B5 S4s. They tried replacing my MAF, didn't help. They pressure tested with some type of smoke, no boost leaks. They replaced my ASP ECU with a stock A box, didn't help. They checked all wiring, Throttle body, intake, turbo wastegates all turn up nothing. I am out of ideas and now I don't have a driveable car. Any ideas how to get her running right? My only idea is to fix this MAF mess with a new Bosch and see if that solves it, that wiring still doesn't look "functional."
