Do these numbers look okay. I was told the Air Flow numbers are low. These are 3rd gear pulls on a 2000 S4 with GIAC X Chip.

Temperature? Boost is okay for cold temps, but airflow is low...
I would assume it is the MAF. Try unplugging the sensor and see if the car is faster. If you feel a difference, your MAF is dead/dying.

For example, in 30 degree weather (this past week) I am running 1.1 bar and pulling ~275 g/s...
I probably have a few more mods than you, but your airflow #'s should still be at least 250 g/s like Dave said.
