Are the bosch 103 and 110 diverter valves the same??

Are the bosch 103 and 110 diverter valves the same??
Just ordered a pair of 110's online and were sent 103's instead. Does anyone know if these parts are interchangable?? If so, what are the differences...is one more reliable blah blah blah.
I'm asking here because The company has not returned my phone calls/ messages and am awaiting an answer from bosch as well

Okay... just talked to the company and they said that the parts are " interchangable"... I forgot to ask whatthe exact differences are. Do you guys still think I should exchange?... does anyone know for sure what the difference is??
