Default 525cc/min with 85mm MAF open element VAST setup would kick *** I bet!

It's all about matching injectors and MAF. I'm not sure you could pull enough fuel if you had 525cc/min and a 83mm RS4 MAF stock airbox setup. However, airflow #s would go down somewhat with a bigger MAF and open element setup.

Hell, if you want really low duty cycle you could go with 88/90mm MAF and those injectors at stock fuel pressure or something like that. ;-)

Then again, you want to stay in the right airflow range to keep load tables and such in a good place. I wish I could definitively say where that range was (in terms of airflow), but I can only guess that you should try to stay between 250 g/s and 285 g/s just like you'd see if you were running the same GIAC K03 code with OEM K03s.

Default i think i'll go to the rs4 size maf .. and need to find good matching injectors

the 85mm maf i have make the cf's high now .. and from what i've seen the rs4 is the "best" so far.. for the cheapo home brew kit.

Default I like em. With dual sprays you'll have to look at the holes and "aim them" down the ports...

Also they're still rated at 42# like the greenies, despite the g/s desparity and Volvo has them spec'd to all flow within 1% tolerance. Oh, and the "long-body" in EV6 specs is comparable in length to the greentops.

Default Sweet. Sounds like a winnar to me.

Plus bosch injectors are rated at 5bar if you need more fuel eventually.

They're a bit spendy, but a fraction of what they cost at a volvo dealer (~200 each!).<ul><li><a href="http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/Injector_SetsMODS.asp">http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/Injector_SetsMODS.asp</a</li></ul>

Default It'd probably be better to get the "blue giant" cobra squirters.

Ray posted on how easily our connectors can be modded to accommodate them.
