Default No. RS4 bottom has actuated port.

Though I *think* the mold is exactly the same so an RS4 top will mate to an S4 bottom.

Thank you! One more question, how does the RS4 accordian hose fit a stock Y pipe? Just fits on?

Default Yup, fits fine. If you have an 01.5+ (revised intake manifold) you may want to drill a hole

in the RS4 accordian since it doesn't have a tap for the brake booster line like the stock accordian does.

Default ... Or better yet. Drill into the

Y-pipe instead<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2423625.phtml">Check LI-S4 diy</a></li></ul>

Default I'm not sure why he did that, but I don't think it's better. First of all, you're drilling into a

more expensive part. Second, and more importantly, you do NOT want any additional stress on that brake booster line. The check valves on those are known to break (mine did) and you might lose braking assist in that event (you do NOT want this to happen on the road). Best case you'll have to buy a new brake booster hose ($100!). Trying to hook that line up somewhere it wasn't intended to go will only cause problems.

Just tap the accordian or plug the line.

Or you can just cap off the line and forget about it.

Default Yup, with the tools i had it was just easier to relocate. And some people *claimed* that

their idle was better when they relocated instead of plugging, but who knows. that debate is a little hackneyed

You can just plug it? No adverse affects?
