Default Bottoming out, whats the damage?

so i just moved to LA, and since ive come out here my car has been bottoming out like it's its job. I am lowered w/ H&R/bilstein. Now i know hitting the front is no big deal, that happens alot, but does scraping the bottom of the car do any damage? I kinda figured it was exhaust, however occasionally different noises happen. Any cause for concern? TIA!

Default i scrape the exhaust a lot.....haven't seen any adverse effects yet...

i also hit the subframe plates once in a while....seems to just be cosmetic damage right now

Default sweet. I think sometimes i hit the underbody parts on the side, right under the doors,

if you know what i mean, it makes a horrific noise. Its at certain driveways and stuff. I know theres fuel lines down there, but they must be intact given im still driving...

Default bottoming out the shock and destroying it. over articulating the suspension . . .

also causes the upper control arms to dimple the inner fender well.
