Default Bridgestone Potenza's

Any input on how the whole Potenza deal is going with the article in Business Week and the so-called half-shot recall?..I was thinking of putting a set of Potenza's RE 730 or Pole Positions' on my wifes' 528 sport...or should I just go with the Mich Pilot Sports?

Default I put on RE730's, they seem like a great tire value for the money,

good in the wet, not bad in the dry.

There is no way I would touch a Bridgestone "product" at this point, go with the Pilots.

Contrary to current opinion, the S02-PP is a great tire. Going on my car come spring time.

Default Assuming they used good materials to make them this time, and they are still around for your

so called "warrenty"

I think we have all been warned about Bridgestone/firestone, and I, for one, intend to sue the *** off anyone that has a bridgestone tire related accident where I am "impacted", for contributory negligence .

Default There has never been an issue with the S02-PP's. I know your experience with the RE040's has (m)

tainted the Bridgestone name for you, but the fact of the matter is the S02-PP is one of the best max perf. tires on the market, wet or dry.

Default Bridgestone's name was tainted for me long ago. The '040s, and the Firestone mess just re-enforced

my opinion of the garbage tire makers they really are.

I wish you luck with your tires.
