710N bpvs were purchased online and 2 weeks later there are $1000 in purchases from various Walmarts, Riteaids and Radioshacks in Illinois/Indiana border towns using the CC #s.

I understand if you have the card in hand and it doesn't swipe, they can manually enter it. But, to walk up with just a number......that's weird. Unless the thief knew someone at each place....?

I've ordered at least $700 worth of parts, from different online retailers. Never had any problems. The kicker: with a little searching, everytime I was able to order the same parts at a cheaper price than ECS anyway. Their prices aren't that great to begin with, and their shipping charges are usually outrageous.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: its not only that ECS continues to have these problems, its that they have pretty much blown off any attempt at communication in regards to it made by their customers (public questions on here, or private emails).
ECS = Big Skip, IMO.
