bubble on toyo proxes tires

bubble on toyo proxes tires
Anyone know what causes bubble on low profile z-rated tires? My Toyo proxes just developed bubbles on both right side tires. The other day I hit a pot hole on that side pretty hard. Could that have caused the bubbles? Can they be fixed or are they dangerous?
