Bucking and surging at WOT throttle after gas fill up. Bad gas, watered down gas?
I had to make a stop for gas at a unfamiliar gas station today (Sunoco) and filled up. At first WOT throttle was normal, but after about 15 miles it bucked pretty hard at WOT, tried it again and same thing but alittle less violent. The more load put on the engine the more in surges/bucks.
Could this be bad gas? Car is running same amount of boost so I dont think a leak.
Maybe I filled with a lower octane? But I doubt that very much.
Any insight is appreciated, car runs fun at low boost and normal driving. Thanks.
