Default Yes. You use a long flat blade screwdriver through the "notches" in the wheel well

for the rear one on top.

get new expantion nuts bc old ones might re-pop out again.

Default can you buy just the white pieces? Mine never stay on the car...

Sure makes bumper removal easy though...
