Default Hey Roque. I replaced my cam seals yesterday. Here is how it went.

I lined up the engine at TDC. Put the lock carrier in the service postion. Removed the belts and covers (made sure to pin the acc. tensioner as well as the TB tensioner). Popped the sprockets with cam lock bar on. Then removed them and the TB rear covers. Then the cam seals are a breeze.

The driver side is under a cap. (2 T-30 torx screws) Loosen it and take old seal out with a little screwdriver, put new one in. The passenger side was trickier. I pryed between the cam and the seal very lightly with very small screwdrivers until it sprung out (and nearly took my eye out). Then i tapped a new one lightly in with a ratchet extension and a hammer.

Then everything goes back on in reverse order. Just remember to release the TB tensioner with the cam lock bar on, then tighten the cam sprockets. Everything else is pretty easy.

Default Thank you very much. Hopefully when I'm changing my valve cover gasket and tensioner gaskets,

I'll see that it isn't leaking at the cam seals and will not bother with it.

10th, even seeing some white smoke from time to time. Doesn't register on dipstick.
