Default Caliper and Rotor Install -

Does $600 to perform a rotor/caliper/and line change-out sound as crazy to you as it does to me?

I have been seriously considering performing the change myself. Only question is tools/method,etc. for bleeding and repalcing the fluid. Any help out there??

Thx

Yes, should be about 3.5 to 4 hours of work, that's including rear lines.

You should be able to DIY. I plan to shortly.

Default Fluids....

Besides the obvious allen-keys, 15mm wrench, etc., what isn't there a "bleeding pump" or some sort of additional tool I will need to flush the existing brake fluid?

Thanks.

Default You can use the motive power bleeder, or just have a person to

pump the brakes. If you're flushing the system, remember to activate the ABS pump with VAG.

If you can find a friend, that'll work. Or, buy a power bleeder.
