Cam Seals?

There's cam seals, and then there's cam chain tensioner seals. Usually it's the tensioner seals that leak, on the back (firewall)side of the passenger side head, and the front side of the drivers side head.
I wouldn't worry about finding an improved part for either unless it's been repaired at least more than one time. For the cam chain tensioner seals, I use oil pan sealant on them in addition to replacing them. Hi rpms mean hi oil pressure though, and if that's where you like to drive.....

Which side? Make sure, clean under the timing belt covers & drive it some, then check again. Cam seals will leak from behind the timing belt gears, inside the timing belt area. Cam chain tensioner seals will leak outside & around, front drivers side will leak down onto the a/c compressor.
