I replaced the half moon and flat gasket on my drivers side cam tensioner and when I went to tighten everything back up I noticed that the cam chain is visibly loose. Is my tensioner stuck (broken)? Are there any adjustments that I could make?
Any experience/advice would be greatly appreciated

When you compress the tensioner to unbolt and lift it up to replace the seal and gasket, it slacks the chain a bit. You can even grab the intake camshaft with a pair of vice-grips to give yourself more slack to lift it...in between the lobes of course...when you bolt it back down theres generally still slack in the chain. Nothing for you to worry about.
