Cam tensioner seals, valve cover gaskets, oil cooler seals....all being replaced...

Cam tensioner seals, valve cover gaskets, oil cooler seals....all being replaced...
These seals are all seeping pretty bad, and are in the process of being replaced. My question, with reagrds to the job...should I do my timing belt ect. while adressing these seal issues? Is it a case of "while you in there you mine as well"?
