According to APR, NO! They'd have to open the ECU...

Default I called APR and they said it can't but my dealer says I have a chip
and the computer told them that. They said it threw a code saying the car is chipped.

Yeah, that's what they say, but there are indirect indicators of a chip

Default open it up and look - APR usually marks their ECU's right?
or was that TAP who marked their ECU's in indelible marker
