Not really bad for the turbo, but you will run quite rich.

Default could be bad for the turbo because it will create different back pressures compare to the other turb

o.

meaning one turbo(the one with the leak) will spool faster while the other turbo might not be fully spooled yet.

And like Jerbel said O2 sensors are going to read more O2 in your exhaust and will make your car run rich.

Default You're right about there being less backpressure on the one turbo...

but if anything that would be less stressful on that turbo. The other turbo would still have the normal stresses placed on it of a leak-free exhaust system.

The O2 and EGT sensors on that bank (and possibly both banks) will probably be fouled shortly because of the car running rich. I've had this happen to me personally.

Default uhmm, here is what is going to happend depending on the size of the leak, happened to me

The turbo with less back pressure will spool faster can generete more pressure compared to the other turbo.
Depending on the tuning of the car(my case n75 DC) the car over boosted since if was creating more pressure than suppose to and MAP throws a code.
Cause you to go into limp mode.

The ecu plans for both turbos to spool the same amount each time. If one turbo is spooling faster you will screw the tune.

Depending on the case and tune you can over spool the turbo with the leak and that will cause damage.

Default Well, here's what actually happens....

I had K03's with a stage 1 tune running stock dp's and I cranked the MBC up to a 21 psi spike (I didn't care about the K03's at that point). The excessive back-pressure caused the bolts from one of the dp to turbo flanges to completely back out except for one. There was a HUGE exhaust leak. Car ran fine for months (except that it was loud as ****e). The ECU doesn't know one turbo from the other. The MAP sensor measures total pressure in the intake manifold, which is from both turbos combined. The N75 sends equal amounts of air to both WG's, as it's just one hose that splits off in a Y-fitting to either WG. The one turbo may spool up a bit quicker, but the ECU will open both the wastegates just the same as it did without the boost leak, and neither turbo will over-spool (assuming there is SOME backpressure on both turbos- I can see your point if you were to install an exhaust dump on one bank but not the other).
