If you mod the car with a chip and exhaust..and maybe H&R coilover....then return the car to stock...when the lease is up...and thoughts or ideas????

put the original ECU in it and VAG it for service. And at the end of your lease turn the car in with original ECU...and sell the upgraded ECU.
I would never chip my S4, however, I have put aftermarket wheels on leased cars and have sold them at the end of the lease.

Depends on your terms....with my lease....I may just end up paying the $18,000 for the car and either keep it or sell it. The only time you should do this is if you get a great finance rate on your lease, and plan to pay cash if you choose to buy at the end of a lease.
Normally, it is not a good idea to purchase at the end of the lease....but if you know someone on the inside and are lucky enough to get really good terms on a lease...sometimes it makes sense.
Anyways....I am leasing right now...and have not decided what to do yet when the lease is up....but it is smart to plan ahead and leave your options open.....
