can i run k03/k16 with just giac x and no fpr,tcd or mbc?

your car will be SUPER SLOW! At the very least, install a MBC in parallel to limit the initial boost spike. Your car should run great with that and no need for a TCD or FPR.
The next step in power increases would be adding a TCD, putting the MBC in control of boost, and adding a 5 bar FPR. It is not required, though.

If you want to run MBC only, I'd suggest putting in a 5 bar FPR and a TCD, or else you will cut throttle and/or run a bit on the lean side up top.

In parallel, I'd set it to 17-18 psi or so to get some nice kick in the butt low end torque.
MBC only setup, I'd set it to 16-16.5 psi, which it will hold to redline. Much above that and you'll max out the MAF sensor.

With MBC in parallel setup, you taper to 12.x psi as opposed to the setup I explained above, which holds 16-16.5 psi all the way to redline. I'd say you're looking at 25-30 hp increase by adding the extra boost, maybe more?
