can i use any blank key, the isnt a fob key for our car ?
basically, can i buy any of the blank keys on ebay, and it will work as long as its not flip ?
Is the only thing that needs to be programmed the unlock and lock buttons ? or does the actual blade it self have to be programmed to the car..thanks guys !!

the blade needs to be cut to fit the locks/ignition. you should have gotten a lock-code w/
your keys/manual/etc.

God i love you sig. ok thanks, but yeh they didnt give me any of that sutff.
i got one key with the car, the dealer cut me a second. Is it likely they will have this lock code in they're database ? and the owners manuel and good stuff, i didnt get until about 2 months after i bought the car

i just reread your first post. all of the S4's were flip keys. i've seen posts that you need to
make sure the FCC ID inside the key matches what you have right now.
also, if the dealer was able to cut you a new key before, they should be able to do it again. either a record of the lock-code or maybe use your old key to get it right like the locksmith does?
