Default can oil filter cause a misfire?

and also my fuel guage is not accurate. In other words, it goes up and down randomly. Can oil filter be a problem for those misfire and false fule guage?

Fuel gauge issue is a bad sending unit. There is a tech article on www.robsaudiworld.com for that. Misfire could be a number of things...plugs, coilpacks, fuel injectors, bad coolant temp sensor. Gotta swap parts around to narrow down the bad part, and you'll need a vag.com to sort out which cylinder is misfiring.
