Can someone explain what 'heatsoak' is and whether or not the effects are noticeable? Thanks.

Well basically its what it reads. If the intercoolers are "heated soaked" ........they have soaked up heat and are not cooling too their full capabilities. For instance if the car is sitting in one spot and running there is no air going through the system. The engne meanwhile is getting hotter and hotter and is giving of more and more heat. Anything under the hood of the car is soaking up the heat..thus reducing the power output of the engine. If the engine is just sucking in hot air (which will happen when its is not moving)the intercoolers are not able to work as effective vs. if you where moving.
