this is true, though other scores are generally calibrated to appear (m)
FICO like in their interpretations.
There will be swaps in the populations that meet certain score ranges, but they all like to claim that their 700 is equivalent in risk to anothers 700, but they get more people in that range, providing a bigger universe of name to market to or approve for a loan that meet a certain risk threshold.
