Can someone with photoshop capabilities remove the license plate and the center grill

that I may need to think abou tit some more. Not sure if I like what it does to the front end having all the bars gone. Would need to order a new bumper all together to do it RIGHT!

achieve the "blending" across the license plate bar in photoshop ? (easier to ask than fart around with it... which I did.. and couldn't find).

Kidding ... I don't use PS yet, just got it, so I can't answer your question. I used MS Image Composer. I "sampled" the color, lighting, and texture of the bumper next to the plate, then "smeared" it across. Did the same on the other side, smearing toward the center. Then I used a "smudging" tool, testing various opacities, to blend them. Probably not the easiest way, but hey!
