Can someone tell what those hose that connects to the F-hose and runs under the intake manifold is??

It is kind of a PITA. You'll scrap your hands a little trying to get to certain areas.
You'll have to take the Y-pipe off. I can't remember which hose gave me the harder time. Either one of the breather hoses connected to the valve covers or the one that's connected to the back of the intake manifold. Just have some patience and you'll get it. Before trying to get that one at the back of the manifold, make sure you have the F-hose already disconnected. That little bit a movement makes it easier....
