Default You need to make it red yourself...
Some red acetate you can get from stage lighting stores. It works since there is still some white color coming out from the green LED. It will make your display dimmer btw.

Default Sorry no. But some local A4 guys I know have done it...
I haven't really because projecting red is highly illegal.
