But it is not a siren sound...it is a low pitched whine

Default I was watching the WRC yesterday...
and noticed in-car the turbos sounded pretty sireney in those cars. I think alot of people are mixing up the gear whine (which DOES sort of sound like the siren) with the REAL siren sound which when you hear it...you will know it.

Default Yes, Sounds sweet! The siren sound is not mistakable
If you have it, you know it, its very "wrong" sounding.

Default How can you confuse the gear whine with the slight turbo whine????
I mean....they are two totally different sounds!
