... $18,500 back in January. It was bone stock, 52,000 miles, 100k Bumper-2-Bumper ($0 deductible) warranty, all service/maintenence records, fully loaded (cold weather, Bose, sunroof, etc). Came with 2 sets of rims/tires. Runs perfectly, and is in beautiful condition (better than any of the other, same mileage S4's I looked at).
I had to be patient and look around for awhile to find this deal... but the moral of the story is that it is definitely possible.

so I bought an S4.
I had a 3.2l OBDI conversion (done by Will Turner), Dinan exhaust, Conforti intake, Euro HFM, TB, injectors etc., X-brace, custom Conforti chip, Euro floating rotors and brakes - can't remember the rest off the top of my head.
It was so much faster down low with the engine swap.
