Can't find the new M1 5W40 Diesel T&SUV anywhere. Strongly considering Shell Rotella 5W40 synth.

BITOG research tells me M1 0W-40 or GC 5W-40 are your best bet, if you don't want M1 TDT.

Default I do want M1 turbodiesel... just can't find it at reasonable price. I'll probably end up going back

to M1 0W40.

Default In case anyone cares...

I found GC 0W30 at the Autozone near my house (the one near my office only has the US 0W30) so I'm going to go with that for the next oil change.

Still using M1 0W40 in the wife's (completely stock) allroad 2.7T (though the GC was cheaper so I might switch her car to that as well if I'm happy the results on my car).

Oddly enough, the one that has it is in downtown New Britain, which is pretty ghetto.

Default lucky bastard :P, the one near me had "sun-co" or some no name in the GC spot on the shelf.

the shelves are typically a disaster.
