I just recently put my summer rims + tires back on, and the tires are actually in very good shape and pretty new.
The noise only started after I switched to summers, which is why I was thinking balancing issue.
The wheels have only been off the car for about 3 months and they were fine before. So it might not be balancing issue?
The car seems louder in general (even on normal roads)but gets very noticeable on hwy and peaks at 120 kph, then the noise dies off a little.
I can feel a slight vibration on the foot rest and steering wheel when on hwy, but not anything earth shattering.
This is all I can think of right now.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Or are you saying that there's something wrong with them?
If they were fine just before I took them off 3 months ago, it just goes bad sitting indoors?
