Default Car making horn honking noise when boost kicks in......
I checked all intercooler hose and everthing is fine. Anything else I should look for.

Default Something similar happened with my car, here is what it was...
The hoses were fully intact, but the boost pressure had literally blown the clamp right off one of the hoses. The hose which blew the clamp could only be seen from the undercarriage.

Symtoms: under load the car made a air horn noise.

Default Diverter Valve..
I had the same problem on the Titty when I blew mine.. Once I got to about 13psi Id get the loud honking noise..
