I bought a used 2018 S4, and just realized the previous owner did something to the car that makes it go faster but no idea how it works, or what it is. The dealership and CarFax said nothing about this.

I got a flat tire, and was taking the spare out at a Nissan dealership I got lucky enough to pull into. I had some parts that came with the car where the spare is and asked the guy helping me what it was. He asked me to pop the trunk, and said the previous owner had installed it to go faster? But he didn’t know much since he’s a Nissan dealer.

Can anyone tell me more? Here are the parts.
