I took delivery on 4/26. Now I'm looking for some good wax to protect that nice Nogaro paint. I've heard and read a lot about Zaino and One Grand Blitz. Any major differences between them? Where can I buy them? TIA.
Nogaro/Silver
6 spd/Conv Pkg
No mods yet (only 400 miles on the car)

Use patience applying the stages and you'll be amazed at the result! Try this website, they take credit cards.

Zaino is a "polymer" that does a great job shining the car. It takes a lot of hard work, but once you get enough coats, the shine is amazing. But, it is not wax. If you are paranoid about wax, either put a coat on top of Zaino (not recommended by the Zaino people) or simply wax your car instead.
That said, for the summer I decided to Zaino. (In the winter I will ALWAYS use a glaze/wax combo.) My car is silver which is the most unsatisfying car to wash. That said, Zaino looks amazing and I'm impressed with it's slipperlyness (lack of friction?) Bugs practically rinse off the car.
My recommendation with Zaino is to do a couple of coats to start and then add an additional coat when you wash the car next, up until you hit 5 coats.
On Nogaro, I would imagine the results would be fabulous.

Zaino is 99.9% "optically perfect" which basically means it makes your paint look really shiny and nice. That is the main point of it. The slipperly part is good for keeping bugs off the car, but that's not important.

Klasse AIO and SG are acrylic based and will last up to one year.
Follow this up with a wax such as Blitz or Pinnacle Souveran (this stuff is a bit pricey but does a great job on dark colors).
This combo gives same reflective qualities as Zaino but gives greater depth imho; also takes less time.

Do you want just a good product, or do you want the best product? This should be your question.
Have a look at following:
http://www.swizol.com
Just the best. You will get a result that you never have seen before, but it's not cheap, but when is a swiss quality product cheap?
regards
