Car stereo, I didn't know this. Turn off the key, the stereo still has power, turn it on without key

Yeah the car keeps the power on for a 10-20 seconds after you take out the key.
The lighter jack still works too. My phone keeps charging after the car is off, but about the time the light dims the power turns off.

The power stays on forever.
When you turn the car off, and take out the key...
1. The radio will turn off. You can then turn the radio on again. It will stay on for 60min, and then turn itself off. You can then turn it on again if you want. In the manual somewhere, but I have tested this cleaning my car.
2. The cig lighter ALWAYS has power.
