Car surges when getting on the gas

My car has power surges if I get on the gas. I replaced the DVs and TBB but didn't help much.

Ideas?

01 Tip with GIAC chips, Semco TBB, and DV valves.

throttle cut....giac chip probibly does that to you

pressure test it...see if u have a leak somewhere
