car vibrates a little and feel rough when I shut-off, and also hissing sound after shut-off, normal?

Default I hear a hissing sound from the engine after I shut it off. Is this normal??

From what I can remember about my S4's, it's normal.

shut your a/c off before shutting off the car will help.
