And I'm not a big guy 5'11 185 but it's soft weight now as I've been lazy and have added some fat weight and lost my muscle weight.. Sigh!! One day I'll get my **** back in gear again.

So not sure how I broke it, the seats sure in the hell don't hold me in when driving... RS4 seats are the ticket, but damn expensive!

the rails seem to have helped a little, as did adjusting the driving position per someone elses suggestion.
