S4Tune

I have an Ericsson R280 cell phone, and I've love to hook it up in my S4 so I can have good hands free function, but without having to get a built in phone. I've seen all sorts of rigs where they just plug into a tiny speaker and the cig lighter, but I'm looking for something a little more. A car antenna, and a pipe through the stereo would be what I need, and if it could charge the phone too, that would be even better. Does anybody know of a systems like this, or how much getting it custom done would cost?
