Changing all 4 rotors-which and how many wheel bearings/seals should I buy replace -thanks.

Won't save much time doing them together, I have 128.5k miles on my front bearings and they're fine
Unless they are making noise or have play in them I'd wait.
To replace the bearings you'll either need to pull the whole suspension upright and use a press to swap the bearings, or buy/rent a special on car bearing puller tool.

It's not an easy job.
Having a press is ideal, there are some diy type tools available like hub shark, if you wish to tackle it yourself.
It's more of a replace when broken type part, then a preventative maintenance like a timing belt.
I wouldn't worry about it until it becomes a problem.
