Changing codes.
I read the FAQ on changing codes. What exactly do I need besides the software tool? How hard is it to change the codes. I am looking to eliminate having to push the remote twice to open all the doors.<p>Ken Lakin

You need the VAG tool, software & a laptop.
Other than that it is really easy. If you don't have any of the above, your dealer can do it. My dealer was totally unaware (or said they were) that they could do it but I showed them the instructions and they did it no problem.<p><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/Rebadged3.jpg">

My P.O.S. dealer in MPLS. (Carousel) refuses to do this and says Audi forbids it. What a crock.
