Default no, the rubber bushings on the control arms

Rubber only rotates so much before tearing. If they don't tear right away they surely won't last as long. You wouldn't want to tighten the bushing bolts with the car in the air and the suspension fully extended. It's common sense stuff but easily overlooked.
