Changing plugs today, what should I go with? Car is stg II...
NGK PFR6Q - Stock Plug
NGK BKR7EIX Iridiums
Bosch F5DPOR Platins
Or NGK BKR7E Coppers?
These seem to be what people go with from searching but most is old information. What has been the best choice?
Oh and I dont want any misfires either ;-P

Who's stage 2, apr, awe , etc.? What plug do they recommend? If they do not ..........
recommend a specific plug or heat range, stock should be fine and they will last longer. Just my $.02.
When I went stage 3 last year, apr recommended the NGK PFR7B Laser Platinum Spark Plug (one heat range colder than stock). I've had no issues with them in over 15 months.

+1. No need to get too creative unless the tune specifically calls for something else.
IIRC, most if not all of the K03 SWs out there calls for stock plugs, they only differ with K04 SWs.

I never gap plugs
Check gap at parts counter. If not right exchange them.Bending compromises integrity of the metal. That little piece could destroy you engine. I use the $2/3 copper NGK from Napa and change more often.Napa has the best oil filters too!!

Re: properly gapping them will not cause that part of the plug to come off
it is the first step in metal fatigue.why not skip that step.working on cars 10+ times the value of 01 s4 there is no room for error.Just a suggestion as I have seen the outcome of a broken electrode (01 Porsche TT,99 A4 1.8).Go ahead gap em'.Might even want to regap the plugs in your car now.
