The S4 IS a heavy pig (as others have pointed out). Yes, an aftermarket suspension will bring some fun back into the mix, but you're still driving a heavy car, and that will hurt driving dynamics. And, a good suspension for these cars starts at around $1300, and goes up...as dscottjr pointed out.
